Overview
A heated, enclosed, wood-lined room with bench seating for 2 people to experience dry heat (with an option for occasional steam via the hot coals). Either on its own, or combined with the ice bath (for contrast therapy), it allows you to take your health and wellbeing to the next level.
Our sauna allows temperatures to soar up to 120°C, although the ideal temperature is between 80-100 C.

Practical Tips
It is vital that you stay hydrated. If you don’t drink enough water before getting in, you can get dehydrated.
Bring a clean, cotton towel to sit on.
Metal heats up fast in saunas, so if you have any jewelry, take it off.
Use a lower temperature, especially if you are new to using saunas.
Limit your experience to 15 to 20 minutes at the most. It’s okay to get out sooner if you start to feel uncomfortable.
