Overview
Welcome to Hart Health’s onsite facilities, where you can prepare for your contrast therapy session in privacy, with the use of lockers to keep your belongings safe.
Complementary water is provided to keep you hydrated, and to create one of the best dopamine feelings by splashing it on the hot coals after your ice bath.
There are no onsite showers, please bring your own robe and footwear, a toilet is available via the snug.
Hart Health merchandise is available, so just ask if you would like a bespoke water bottle for hydration or a hat for colder days when coming to plunge. You can also purchase merchandise in our online shop.
